Overview
Polybutylene terephthalate is a crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic formed by the polymerization of dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and 1.4-butanediol. After modification, it can greatly improve its performance in all aspects, so as to achieve the purpose of wide application, and PBT is also known as the five general engineering plastics with PPO, PC, POM and PA.

●It has high rigidity and strength, mechanical properties do not decrease at low temperature, and small deformation under long-term high load
Excellent heat resistance, short-term use temperature 200-210 ℃, long-term use temperature can reach 130~140 ℃
Low water absorption, good dimensional stability, low friction coefficient, good self-lubricating performance
● Outstanding electrical properties, excellent dielectric strength, even in a wide range of temperature, temperature change, volume resistivity, etc. remain unchanged; good chemical resistance, especially for organic solvents have good resistance to cracking
● Excellent molding processability, short molding cycle, good surface gloss, suitable for thin-walled products with complex shapes
Add efficient flame retardant, can be made of all aspects of excellent performance, flame retardant performance to meet the UL94V-0 standard of flame retardant plastics
