Overview:
Polypropylene (PP) is a non-toxic, odorless, tasteless milky white high crystalline polymer, which has excellent comprehensive performance and a wide range of applications. After modification, it can make up for some defects of polypropylene itself, improve its comprehensive performance, reduce costs, and meet the needs of more fields.
Modified PP features: FRPP-V1 color
● High proportion, low cost performance
●The mechanical strength, stiffness and hardness are greatly improved compared with pure polypropylene resin
● Significantly reduced shrinkage compared to pure polypropylene resin
Compared with pure polypropylene resin, the thermal change temperature is greatly improved, and the thermal deformation temperature can reach 140 ℃ or above
●Outstanding stability to water, is the only universal plastic that can be boiled in water and sterilized at 130 ℃
● Excellent electrical insulation, good voltage resistance and arc resistance
After adding flame retardant, can reach the UL94V-0 flame retardant standard
